THE VILLAGE HEREBY GIVES NOTICE OF A SPECIAL MEETING DATE.  

Notice is hereby given to all interested persons that the Village of South Blooming Grove Village Board of Trustees have scheduled a special meeting regarding a proposed local law permitting houses of worship and amendments to Chapter 235.  This special meeting will be scheduled for July 29, 2021 at 8:00PM.

The Special Village Board Meeting will be held at Village Hall, 811 Route 208, Monroe New York located in the Village of South Blooming Grove.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

ON PROPOSED LOCAL LAW

Date: Thursday – July 29, 2021

Time: 8:01

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of South Blooming Grove will hold a public hearing on a proposed local law permitting houses of worship and amendments to Chapter 235.

The meeting will be held on Thursday, July 29, 2021 at 8:01 p.m. at the South Blooming Grove Village Hall, located at 811 State Route 208, Monroe, New York 10950, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard.

The Village Board of Trustees will hear all persons interested in the subject of the proposed local law at the above time and place, including any comments with respect to the potential adverse environmental impacts of the adoption of the local law in accordance with the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (“SEQRA”).  Public participation will be limited to 3 minutes for each individual.

Anyone wishing to supply written comments can do so by submitting or mailing the same to Village Hall, P.O. Box 295, Blooming Grove, New York 10914, so as to be received by noon on the date of the Public Hearing.

Copies of the proposed local law may be obtained by contacting the Village Clerk at 845-782-2600.

The Village of South Blooming Grove will make every effort to assure that the hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities.  Anyone requiring special assistance should contact the Village Clerk.
