PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Date: Monday, July 8, 2019

Time: 7:01 p.m.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of South Blooming Grove will hold a public hearing on an application for a zone change with regard to the property at 1032 New York State Route 208 (207-1-4) in the Village.  The property is currently zoned as Rural Residential (RR) and is seeking a change to Rural Crossroads I (RC-1).

The meeting will be held on Monday, July 8, 2017 at 7:01 p.m. at the South Blooming Grove Village Hall, located at 811 State Route 208, Monroe, New York 10950, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard.

The Village Board of Trustees will hear all persons interested in the subject of the proposed local law at the above time and place, including any comments with respect to the potential adverse environmental impacts of the adoption of the local law in accordance with the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (“SEQRA”).  Public participation will be limited to 3 minutes for each individual.

Anyone wishing to supply written comments can do so by submitting or mailing the same to Village Hall, P.O. Box 295, Blooming Grove, New York 10914, so as to be received by noon on the date of the Public Hearing.

Copies of the proposed local law may be obtained by contacting the Village Clerk at 845-782-2600.

Time: 7:01 p.m.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing will be held by the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of South Blooming Grove on Monday June 24, 2019, at 7:01 p.m. at the Village Hall located at 811 State Route 208, Monroe, New York 10950, regarding the enforcement of Chapter 102 of the Village Code, entitled “Property Maintenance”.

All persons interested in being heard with regard to any issued Notice to Correct are invited to attend and provide comments.  Anyone wishing to supply written comments can do so by submitting the same at the time of the public hearing, or by mailing comments to Village Hall, P.O. Box 295, Blooming Grove, New York 10914, so as to be received by noon on the date of the Public Hearing.

A copy of Chapter 102 of the Village Code (“Property Maintenance”) is available for review at the Clerk’s Office, located at 811 NYS Route 208, Monroe New York, 10950 and on the Village’s website: www.villageofsouthbloominggrove.com.

ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of South Blooming Grove, New York on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. at the Village Hall, located at 811 Route 208, South Blooming Grove, New York, 10950 regarding an appeal by the Village of South Blooming Grove Planning Board of a determination by the Village Building Inspector dated April 2, 2019 that involves an Application of Israel Zigelman, 200 Wallabout Street, Brooklyn, NY 11211 involving real property situated at Section 215, Block 6, Lot 3 in the Village of South Blooming Grove, said lot also being known as 13 Dallas Drive.

The appeal is filed by the Planning Board seeking a review by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Building Inspector’s determination regarding the Village Code concerning the measurement of building height.

The Zoning Board of Appeals will hear all persons interested in the Appeal at the above time and place. Copies of said Appeal and any other information submitted regarding said Appeal are available for review at Village Hall at the address stated above during normal business hours.
